Since the begin of April 2015 you guys have another way to recertify. Now is possible to recertify by completing a prescribed path of Microsoft Virtual Academy courses.
In alternative you still can choose to recertify by passing a recertification exam, but with recertification via Microsoft Virtual Academy you can do it in your own schedule.
To recertify via MVA, just follow this three simple steps:
- Select the available skills path for your expiring certification;
- Pass all of the assessments for each MVA course in the selected path;
- Inform Microsoft LeX that you have completed all the assessments. When Microsoft finishes verifying your MVA profile, your transcript will be updated.
For now this only applies to MCSE: Data Platform and MCSE: Business Intelligence certifications, but in time it will be applied to other MCSE/MCSD certifications.
